Who this policy covers

Craftsman Waco Concrete and Masonry is a masonry contractor in Waco, TX. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, call us or send a request, how we use it, how long we keep it and what choices you have.

It applies to this website, starting at our home page, and to the messages you send us through it. You can read more about who we are on our About page.

Information you give us

When you fill out our contact form, call us at (254) 327-1950 or email us, we collect what you choose to share. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and a description of the work you want done, such as a cracked brick wall or a new walkway.

We ask for the property address because we need to see the job in person to give you an estimate. You don't have to give us anything you're not comfortable sharing, but we may not be able to reply or schedule a visit without a way to reach you.

Our contact form is hosted by an outside form service. What you type into it is sent to that service and then passed to us, and that service handles it under its own privacy terms.

Cookies and analytics

Like most websites, ours may use cookies, which are small files your browser stores, along with basic analytics tools. These tell us things like which pages get visited, how people found the site, what kind of device they used and roughly where they're browsing from.

We use this to see which pages are useful and which need work. It doesn't tell us who you are unless you also send us a request.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work if you do.

How we use your information

We use your information to answer your questions, set up a time to look at your property, prepare your estimate, do the work you hire us for and follow up afterward. We may also use it to keep business, billing and tax records.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send it to other businesses for their own marketing. We share it only with the services that help us run the business, such as our form, phone and email providers, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to answer you, finish your job and keep the records a business is expected to keep. If you only sent a question and never hired us, we don't hold onto it longer than we need to.

When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, state law may give you other rights over your data as well.

We'll answer your request within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm it's really you before we change or delete anything, and we may keep what the law requires us to keep.

Children's privacy

This website is meant for adults arranging work on their homes and property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us and limit who can see it. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send payment card numbers or other sensitive details through the contact form.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll post the updated policy on this page. Using the site after a change means the updated policy applies.

How to reach us about privacy

If you have a question or concern about your privacy, or want to make one of the requests above, call us at (254) 327-1950 or use the form on our Contact page. Tell us what you'd like us to do, and we'll get back to you.
